Khiryati Bte Kairi

She has over 15 years of experience in consulting and training industry undertaking various roles in the areas of learning & development, product development, business development, customer service and center management.

Khiryati was a Business Development Manager of Global Knowledge (Asia Pacific), responsible for the set up and developing business in Malaysia. In the same tenure, she had also successfully acquired the ‘Cisco Authorized Partner ‘ status award as well as Microsoft, Nortel, Cabletron and Compaq ‘Training Partner’ status for Global Knowledge training sites in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

In the academic space, Khiryati has 5 years of experience in managing a private academic institution which offers Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree courses in Singapore.

As a Training Consultant, Khiryati was responsible for the design and development of the training program for the newly hired contact center agents and supporting staffs of Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific Contact Centers. Following up the face-to-face workshops, she has also conducted coaching sessions for the Telesales agents. Her responsibility was also measuring & reporting Return of Training Investment(ROTI) for the Contact Centre agents training.

As an Instructional Designer, Khiryati has also successfully designed and customized training materials for both face-to-face and e-learning courses. Areas of expertise include leadership, customer service, project management, talent management and strategic management.

In the capacity of a Project Manager, Khiryati has successfully directed IT projects and managed training events for multi-national companies such as Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, CISCO, Schlumberger and DHL.

Khiryati has a Master of Science in Software Engineering, Andrews University, Michigan, USA, and a Bachelor of Information Technology, Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
