The CLIENT/LEARNER is fully aware of the funding criteria governing the Course Fee.
Registration Form must reach AAARYA Business College Pte Ltd (ABC) 3 working days prior to course commencement.
If ABC is unable to conduct the class as per the above schedule for any reason, ABC will not be liable for any damages incurred by the CLIENT/ LEARNER as a result of the cancellation or re-scheduling of said class.
If the CLIENT/ LEARNER is unable to secure funding support from SSG for any reason, the CLIENT/ LEARNER will have to pay the full course fee. This refers to learners with at least 75% attendance and certified competent, including individuals who have been blacklisted for funding by SSG. ABC will not be liable for this.
Learners MUST attend both training and assessment on the assigned dates and achieve a minimum of 75% attendance.
Learners who fail to attend the assessment and/or achieve a minimum of 75% attendance and certified not yet competent are not eligible for the SSG Grant, and the learner or the applicant company is liable to pay the full course fees to AAARYA Business College Pte Ltd.
II. Withdrawal Policy:
A written notice, by the learner or the applicant company, must be submitted at least 1 working day prior to training commencement for any withdrawal.
ABC reserves the right to charge an administration fee of S$50.00 per learner for failure to serve a written notice and/or in the event of no-show. Please also see clause 5 of ‘SSG Funding Policy’.
III. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):
In line with PDPA Act, ABC would like to inform you of the collection, use and disclosure of all applicants’ personal data will be collected during the registration for the following purposes:
Requirement of a unique identity for course registration
Verification of company’s training grant application
Submission of assessment results to SSG
All other training related matters
Contact details (as required above) for the following purposes:
To relay course status updates, invoices and all other correspondence
To provide updates on future courses
All other training related matters
Photographs of participants in training for the following purposes:
Website content and promotion content
Promotional and marketing materials e.g. brochures and EDMs
Collaterals for highlighting the type of training courses and training environment
IV. Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement Survey (TRAQOM) by SSG:
Individuals who have signed up for an SSG-funded course will be required to participate in Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) survey sent out by Skills Future Singapore (SSG). Upon the completion of the course, personal information such as participant’s name, NRIC/FIN, personal email address and mobile contact number will be provided to Skills Future Singapore (SSG) to facilitate the conduct of this survey. Individuals are strongly encouraged to complete the TRAQOM quality and/or outcomes surveys.
